In addition, this role provides customer service with regard to bookings, rates, document production, accounting, agent interaction and problem solving.Receive and process customer Purchase Orders (PO)Receive and complete customer Requests for Quote (RFQ)Collect and record Export Compliance requirements related to customer, End-User, and End Country Destination.Manage and ship Sales Orders for both internal and external customers worldwide.Coordinate with cross-functional teams on customer requirements and order updates.Provide direct customer support for quotes, order status and material shipments.Participate in regularly scheduled meetings.Pre-Employment RequirementsDrug and alcohol testCriminal background checkEducation verificationMinimum QualificationsHigh School Diploma1-2 years order management, customer service, supply chain logistics, and/or international shippingGood oral and written communication skills.Strong analytical skills.Strong organizational and time management skills.Strong computer skills.Microsoft Office SuiteOracle Order ManagementOutstanding customer service and communication skillsData EntryPreferred QualificationsCollege DegreeInternational business experienceInternational business experience in sales or order processingPhysical DemandsAbility to lift up to 30 lbsRole is deemed safety sensitive and may be subject to employer or customer drug testing.Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.The employee is regularly required to talk or hear.The employee is frequently required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel and reach with hands and arms.About UsChampionX is now part of SLB, a global technology company driving energy innovation for a balanced planet.
