Job Overview We are seeking an experienced and motivated Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of commercial lines clients, providing exceptional customer service, and identifying new business opportunities. The Commercial Lines Account Manager will be expected to work closely with our underwriting team to analyze client needs and develop tailored insurance solutions. Responsibilities - Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure their insurance needs are met and identify opportunities for growth - Analyze client data to understand their business and develop comprehensive insurance plans - Manage client expectations and communicate effectively throughout the sales process - Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client concerns and resolving issues promptly - Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and new product offerings - Collaborate with the underwriting team to ensure accurate risk assessments and optimal coverage for clients - Maintain accurate records and track sales performance - Comply with all HIPAA and other regulatory requirements Requirements - Knowledge of commercial lines insurance products and regulations - Excellent customer service skills - Ability to analyze data and identify new business opportunities - Strong communication and presentation skills - Familiarity with HIPAA regulations - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - High school diploma required, associate's or bachelor's degree preferred - A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are essential.
