We're in search of dynamic sales professionals who excel in fast-paced environments, where quick sales cycles are the norm. This role is centered around expanding our customer base in the SME and Midmarket segments by acquiring net-new customers. Leads come from diverse sources such as inbound marketing leads from the web, campaigns, and events. Comfort in making phone calls and participating in Zoom meetings with both prospects and existing customers is essential to achieve assigned performance targets.What you'll be working on:Use tools to sift through leads, determining which ones are suitable for further action or should be transferred to another team/location.Immediately contact web leads upon submissionQualify leads according to the Barracuda Lead Qualification CriteriaArrange appointments for members of the team using multiple calendar toolsPrioritizing and managing a large number of outbound call activitiesBeing well-informed about current industry trendsMeet and exceed monthly performance goalsWhat you bring to the role:Bachelor's degree preferred or relevant experience1-2 years of LDR, BDR or SDR sales experience preferred but not mandatoryExcellent verbal and written communication skills, both in person and on the phoneStrong understanding of sales automation toolsTelephone selling techniquesNot afraid of rejection or to pick up the phone and call anyone!Strong desire to learn the sales process and grow career in salesProven time management skills requiredWhat you'll get from us:A team where you can voice your opinion, make an impact, and where you and your experience are valued. The anticipated on-target earnings range for this role is $75,000 - $80,000. Actual compensation offered will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, and qualifications as they directly relate to the requirements of the position, the budget for the position, and applicable employment laws.
