Charge Capture Auditor

A company is looking for a Revenue Integrity - Charge Capture Auditor. Key Responsibilities Audit patient accounts daily for charge accuracy using Meditech Expanse and the Charge Capture Audit module Review medical records to ensure accurate surgery level assignments and compliance with procedures performed Identify and correct clinical and billing issues in patient accounts before billing, and participate in monthly project review meetings Required Qualifications RN/LPN/LVN/Surgical Tech or coding certificate 1-3 years of experience with Meditech Expanse 1-3 years of clinical or coding auditing experience in healthcare settings Comprehensive knowledge of charge capture and charge reconciliation Familiarity with CMS guidelines and medical records review
