About the Opportunity:The Sr Software Development Engineer is responsible for designing and developing enterprise software applications and platforms that enhance healthcare services. This role contributes by improving software functionality, reliability, and maintainability, supporting critical healthcare processes, and mentoring junior team members. Responsibilities:Analyze user needs and develop software solutions to meet business requirementsPrepare technical design documentation and assess solution feasibilityUpgrade software applications and systems focusing on performance, reliability, and maintainabilityWrite and review high-quality code, perform unit and automation testingDevelop and deploy application components; support unit testing and bug fixesParticipate in Agile Scrum meetings and continuous integration/deployment processesSupport applications, systems, and databases used in prescription, claims, and healthcare activitiesCollaborate with cross-functional teams on development, requirements, code reviews, deliverables, quality assurance, and best practicesMentor junior team members4. Requirements:Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Engineering, or related fieldTwo years of experience in the offered role or related occupationTwo years of experience with CI/CD, Jenkins, and GITProficiency in JavaExperience with XML, JSON, HTML, and CSSFamiliarity with Agile methodologiesKnowledge of REST, SOAP, and Web Service APIsExperience using JIRADomain experience supporting healthcare or retail organizationsExperience developing web and mobile applicationsContribution to large-scale application development, data science, or data analyticsCollaboration with UI/UX teams to develop wireframes and prototypes based on user feedback and human-centered designKnowledge of healthcare data management processes, standards, interoperability, and data privacy5.
