District Sales Manager
Job TypeFull-time DescriptionPosition Summary The Sales Manager is responsible for leading sales activities and driving business expansion for the company's diesel and gas engine product portfolio in the U.S. market. This role focuses on market development, customer engagement, and sales execution, while providing technical and commercial support for engine-based businesses. The Sales Manager will work closely with customers, OEM partners, distributors, and internal global teams to support long-term growth and strengthen brand presence across North America. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Analyze U.S. diesel and gas engine market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities Identify, develop, and execute new business opportunities across multiple engine applications Manage and expand relationships with OEMs, distributors, and key accounts, including ongoing account development Lead technical and commercial proposals, pricing discussions, negotiations, and project coordination Gather and communicate customer requirements while coordinating closely with global headquarters and cross-functional internal teams Drive revenue growth, market penetration, and brand awareness in the North American market Support strategic sales planning and execution aligned with company objectives Compensation and Benefits Performance-based incentive compensation tied to key performance indicators (e.g., new business development, revenue growth) Comprehensive benefits package including: 401(k) plan with company match up to 6% Medical, Vision, Dental, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, and Life Insurance Paid Time Off (PTO) Working Conditions Full-time role with standard business hours Regular travel within the United States to support customer engagement, business development, and industry events Combination of office-based and field-based work environment Frequent collaboration with global teams across multiple time zones Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) & ADA Statement We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and are committed to creating an inclusive workplace. Requirements Required QualificationsMinimum of 8 years of sales experience in U.S. engine, power generation, or related industrial markets Established industry network with OEMs, distributors, and end-users Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills Willingness and ability to travel within the United States as required Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field preferred
