Cha Cha Chá Miami is now open in Miami, Florida, and we’re looking for an experienced Server to join our team! Our Miami location is located in the vibrant and artsy Wynwood neighborhood. Our food and beverage menus are inspired by Mexico City’s innovative culinary concepts mixed with traditional Mexican dishes. Our sister locations are Terrazza Cha Cha Chá in CDMX and LA Cha Cha Chá in Los Angeles. Open availability preferred, weekend availability required. Responsibilities: Ensure proper flow of guest experience by taking the lead on all steps of service Greet and guide guests through their entire dining experience Have a full knowledge of food and beverage menus and properly execute the service of each. Have full knowledge of food and beverage service and menu drop lines Have basic allergen knowledge and learn all menu item allergies Accurately ring in all items Have a full knowledge of proper coursing, modifiers, and POS ordering protocols (we use Toast POS) Provide correct mise en place for all guests in a timely and efficient manner Maintain tables (guest satisfaction, beverage levels, mise en place, cleanliness) always Maintain cleanliness of all tables, chairs, and floors in section and service stations Accurately process all payments (ensuring credit card slips are signed) Properly handle cash and credit cards, and accurately collect and record tips Set up and break down the dining room and perform other sidework responsibilities Communicate with all necessary departments to ensure smooth flow of service Communicate all service issues and guest complaints to a manager Support the team as needed Qualifications: Valid Food Handler’s certificate required Responsible Vendor Program (RVP) training required General allergen knowledge required 3+ years server experience in fine dining and/or high-volume establishment preferred. Be comfortable with repetitive motions such as walking, bending and standing during your scheduled shift. Be able to lift and carry at least 50 pounds.
