Financial Associate

Supporting the investment team remotely, the full-time Financial Associate will oversee trade operations, maintain investment data accuracy, and contribute to financial reporting processes while ensuring strong accounting controls. Key Responsibilities Execute and manage trade operations, including entry, processing, and lifecycle oversight while resolving issues with stakeholders Maintain security master data and ensure accuracy of trade documentation and system records Validate third-party data, resolve discrepancies, and support portfolio activities through rebalancing and reporting Required Qualifications High School Diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred 2+ years of relevant experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel Experience with CAMRA, ANTARES, NEXEN, and/or LoanArc preferred Demonstrated ability to learn and navigate multiple systems while maintaining accuracy
