Develop and implement inventory management systems to ensure accuracy and efficiency. Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular audits to prevent stockouts and overstock situations. Coordinate with procurement, sales, and production teams to maintain optimal stock levels. Train, supervise, and motivate warehouse staff to achieve performance goals. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean, organized warehouse environment. Analyze and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement.Requirements: Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager, Inventory Manager, or similar role. Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, logistics, and inventory management systems. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. Proficient in inventory management software (e.g., WMS, ERP systems). Leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
