Shipper/ReceiverHexcel is currently seeking a Shipper/Receiver for our Pottsville, PA, USA location.The selected individual will be responsible for but not limited to the following obligations:Responsible for measuring final product for size and construction and number of corrugated containers.Operate air and power tools including the cardboard cutter, in the construction of corrugated and wood containers to specification for shipping purposes.Pre-pack using approved materials to prevent breakage or damage during transportation.Apply labels and enter identifying data on the packaging and/or container.Assemble customer orders for shipment including, using banding, shrink-wraps, and heat sealer.Qualifications:High school diploma or general education degree (GED) or equivalent, required.Minimum of six months experience required, preferably in manufacturing.Must have a Forklift Certification or be able to obtain the forklift certification.Must be detail oriented and possess good organizational skills.Works well with all levels of the organization including the ability to communication and interact effectively.Eligible candidates must be a: U.S. citizen, U.S. national, person lawfully admitted for permanent residence, temporary resident under sections 210(a) or 245(A) of the Immigration and Nationality Act, person admitted in refugee status, or person granted asylum.
