We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Family Medicine Physician to join a growing healthcare practice in a beautiful location near Cleveland, OH. Key Responsibilities: Primary Care Provider: You will provide comprehensive care to patients of all ages, from pediatric to geriatric populations. Patient Care: Expected to see patients for a wide variety of health concerns, including chronic disease management, preventive care, and urgent issues. On-call: Be available on call approximately 3-4 days per month. Team Environment: Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team that includes mid-level providers and specialists to ensure high-quality care. EMR: Use EPIC as the electronic medical record system for patient documentation. Qualifications: Board Certification/Eligibility: Must be Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine. Licensure: Must hold or be willing to obtain a license to practice in Ohio. BLS & ACLS: Certification required prior to start. Experience: Previous experience in family medicine is preferred, but we are open to new graduates as well. Patient Age Range: Willingness to see patients of all ages, from 5 years and up, is required. Benefits: Competitive Compensation: based on experience and qualifications.
