Bartender

**Overview:** We are seeking a skilled and friendly Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixing drinks and delivering exceptional customer service. This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and take pride in helping others. **Responsibilities:** - Prepare and serve beverages in a professional and timely manner. - Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including restocking supplies and disposing of waste. - Operate a Point-of-Sale (POS) system to process orders and manage inventory. - Work effectively as part of a team to ensure seamless service to customers. - Provide exceptional customer service by being attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable about our menu and offerings. - Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently. - Upsell and promote our menu items and special deals to increase sales and revenue. - Maintain a thorough understanding of our brewing and catering services and be able to assist with these offerings as needed. - Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our food and beverage menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods. - Work safely and responsibly, adhering to all safety and health protocols. **Experience:** - Prior experience as a Bartender in a restaurant or bar setting is essential. - Proven experience in a fast-paced environment with a focus on customer service. - Experience with POS systems and basic math skills are required. - The ability to work in a team environment and provide support to colleagues is crucial. - Experience with catering and food service operations is preferred. - Candidates should be able to work in a physically demanding environment, including standing for extended periods and lifting heavy objects. **Skills:** - Proficiency with POS systems and basic math skills. - Excellent customer service and communication skills. - Experience with brewing and catering services. - Ability to work in a team environment and provide support to colleagues. - Familiarity with food service operations and menu planning. - Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects.
