Driver/Operator

Overview: We are seeking a Driver/Operator to join our team (this is not a CDL position). As a Driver/Operator, you will have the opportunity to work independently and be your own boss. You will be responsible for driving our company truck on a designated route and cleaning customers trash and recycle bins. Duties: - Safely operate and maintain assigned vehicle in compliance with all traffic laws and regulations - Complete maintenance checklist and stock the truck with daily supplies - Follow daily route through CRM software and complete designated jobs - Operate power washing equipment - Communicate effectively with dispatchers, customers, and other drivers - Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle is in good working condition Qualifications: - Valid MO driver's license (Class E, or willing to obtain) - Experience with larger vehicles and basic mechanical skills - Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety - Excellent communication and customer service skills If you are a skilled driver looking for the flexibility and independence of being a driver/operator we invite you to apply.
