Assistant Project Manager - Electrical Construction
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:Develop, maintain, and update detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or similar softwareCoordinate with project managers and field teams on labor, materials, and installation sequencingMonitor critical path activities, project milestones, and overall progressIdentify schedule risks, constraints, and potential delays, and assist with mitigation strategiesAnalyze field data to track productivity, schedule variances, and trendsPrepare progress reports, look-ahead schedules, and manpower forecasts for project teams and leadershipCommunicate schedule status, risks, and updates to stakeholders, supporting data-driven decision-makingQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field3+ years of project scheduling experience in constructionProficiency in Primavera P6 or similar scheduling softwareExperience managing large, multi-phase projects; electrical or data center construction preferredStrong analytical, organizational, and communication skillsDetail-oriented, proactive, and able to influence project outcomes
