Company Description Arkansas Golf Center in Conway, AR, is the premier golf preparation facility in the state, offering a public golf driving range, a golf store with a vast selection of merchandise, a top-notch golf club fitting center, world-class golf instruction, newly rennovated Toptracer golf entertainment suites, and restaurant bar and Grill. The center has been recognized with awards such as a TOP 50 ranking by the Golf Range Association of America and Faulkner County Retail Business of the Year. Arkansas Golf Center prides itself on providing exceptional service and experiences to its customers. Arkansas Golf Center has newly expanded into enhanced golf entertainment offerings including nine Toptracer Golf Suites, restaurant, bar and Grill. The facility boasts 4 major revenue streams in the golf driving range, the Toptracer Golf Entertianment, the large golf retail store, and golf lesson/club-fitting center. We Are looking to expand our offerings by building an online retail store equal to or suprpassing the success of the current physical location. Role Description This is a full-time Assistant Manager role at Arkansas Golf Center in Conway, AR. As an Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, assisting with inventory management, ensuring customer satisfaction, and supporting marketing initiatives. This is an on-site position that requires strong leadership skills and a passion for golf and customer service. The current General Manager is retiring in 18-24 months. We are looking for someone to train under and take over the General Manager positon. Qualifications Experience in retail management, customer service, and team leadershipKnowledge of golf equipment and productsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to multitask and prioritize tasks effectivelyStrong organizational and problem-solving abilitiesProficiency in Microsoft Office applicationsPoint of Sale software experience fundemental business accounting knowledge Flexibility to work weekends and holidaysA passion for golf and knowledge of the golf industry is a plus
