Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Fort Collins, CO, for an HVAC Service Technician. The technician will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing HVAC-related issues, conducting preventive maintenance, and performing installations for both residential and commercial clients. Additional responsibilities include ensuring customer satisfaction, troubleshooting system issues, and adhering to safety and environmental standards during service delivery. Qualifications Proven ability in Maintenance & Repair and Preventive Maintenance for HVAC systemsSkilled in Troubleshooting and resolving HVAC system-related issuesCommitment to ensuring Customer Satisfaction through quality servicePossession of EPA certification or the ability to obtain itStrong communication and organizational skillsReliable and capable of working independently or as part of a teamA valid driver’s license and clean driving recordHigh school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certification preferred
