Whether you will spend your day brainstorming in an office cubicle, operating a crane, running manufacturing equipment or troubleshooting technical obstacles, at CMC, you’ll get the training and support from your team that you need to excel in your role and reach your full potential.What You'll DoMaintain Accurate Documentation: Record maintenance activities, inspection results, and reliability metrics in compliance with company standards and safety regulationsMonitor Equipment Performance: Track and analyze operational data to ensure machinery runs within optimal parameters, reducing downtime and improving efficiencyPerform Preventive and Predictive Maintenance: Conduct routine inspections to identify potential equipment failures before they occurSupport Reliability Improvement Initiatives: Collaborate with engineering and maintenance teams to develop strategies that enhance equipment reliability and extend asset lifeTroubleshoot and Repair Issues: Respond to equipment malfunctions, diagnose root causes, and implement corrective actions to restore functionality quicklyWhat You'll NeedAbility to work in non-climate-controlled environmentAbility to work a 12-hour rotating shift which may include weekends and holidayMust have Intermediate skills with Microsoft applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)Use math and knowledge of the job to determine if product is within specsCapable to perform the physical requirements of the job (lift 35-50 lbs.)Experience with QMOS, and SAP PreferredYour EducationHigh School Diploma or GED preferredAssociates degree in instrumentation, electronics or mechatronics program from a Technical Trade School preferredWe are CMC, a Fortune 500® company at the leading edge of our industry.
