Job Title : AWS Cloud and Snowflake Administrator Location : Portland, OR, 97204 (Only Local Candidate - Working a hybrid Schedule) Duration : Long Term Contract Position Overview Seeking an experienced AWS Cloud and Snowflake Administrator with expertise in MLOps and automation. The role involves managing cloud infrastructure, optimizing Snowflake environments, and supporting DevOps and MLOps automation. The candidate will handle patching, vulnerability management, and respond to ad-hoc cloud administration requests. Key Responsibilities Manage and optimize **AWS** and **Snowflake** environments. Implement **AWS IAM** security policies and best practices. Conduct vulnerability assessments and manage patching processes. Design and implement **MLOps pipelines** for model development and monitoring. Develop automation scripts using tools like **Python**, **Bash**, and **Terraform**. Troubleshoot issues across AWS, Snowflake, and ML environments. Collaborate with data teams to enhance ML model deployment. Develop disaster recovery and business continuity plans. Required Skills & Qualifications Proven experience as an **AWS** and **Snowflake Administrator**. Strong knowledge of **AWS services** (IAM, EC2, S3, RDS, SageMaker). Expertise in **AWS security**, compliance standards, and Snowflake architecture. Experience with **MLOps tools** (MLflow, SageMaker) and **automation** via scripting. Proficiency in **CI/CD pipelines** and version control systems. Problem-solving** and **critical thinking** skills. Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Snowflake SnowPro Core). Familiarity with **Docker**, **Kubernetes**, and monitoring tools. Experience in **DevOps/ML Ops Automation** (Terraform, CloudFormation). Top Must-Haves AWS and Snowflake administration expertise. Security and vulnerability management skills. Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
