A company is looking for a Product Development Program Manager - Product Operations.
Key Responsibilities
Facilitate alignment sessions and operationalize key processes across the product lifecycle
Provide visibility into initiative health and support teams in applying the product operating model
Build trusted relationships with stakeholders and provide updates highlighting risks and dependencies
Required Qualifications
5-10 years of experience in program or lifecycle management within a B2B SaaS product organization
Bachelor's degree in a technical or relevant field (or equivalent practical experience)
Strong understanding of modern product development practices and the full product development lifecycle
Hands-on experience with Jira and Jira Product Discovery
Experience coordinating complex, cross-team initiatives in shared-resource environments
