We are committed to driving innovation and exceeding customer expectations in inkjet, visual communications, and robotics.We are currently looking for Production Associates to join our team on 1st Shift in our fast-paced repair depot.Employee BenefitsWe offer an outstanding benefits package, including:Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance effective Day 1Generous paid time off, including sick time, vacation, and holidaysAnnual bonus program for all employees401(k) plan with company matchingTuition reimbursement, Employee Assistance Program (EAP), employee discounts, and much more!What You Will Be DoingAs a Production Associate, you will play a key role in our repair depot operations by:Accurately packing, and shipping customer ordersPlacing appropriate documentation with outbound orders per instructionsEnsuring all compliance requirements and special instructions are metConducing random quality control audits of inbound and outbound shipments to ensure complianceComplying with all Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Transportation Management Systems (TMS), and Radio Frequency (RF) instructionsCompleting housekeeping duties as assignedParticipating in cycle counting processesPerforming other duties as assignedWhat You Will BringYour background and experience should include:Prior experience in an assembly, packaging or manufacturing roleFamiliarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and RF scanners is a plusAbility to work overtime when neededThe starting annual base pay for this role is between USD $18.00 and $19.50/hr. Please note that this position’s salary range may include multiple levels. The actual base is dependent upon many factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands.
