In this role, you will play a key part in creating a welcoming environment and ensuring smooth operations for both patients and providers in a fast-paced settingKey ResponsibilitiesManage front desk operations, including patient check-in/check-out, scheduling, and phone inquiries.Assist with surgical scheduling and administrative tasks.Maintain accurate electronic medical records (EMR).Serve as a reliable liaison between patients and healthcare providers.QualificationsExperience: 1+ year in a medical front desk or surgical assistant role preferred.Skills: Proficiency with EMR systems, strong computer and phone communication skills.Attributes: Ethical, dependable, detail-focused, and able to multitask effectively.Team Player: Strong time-management skills and ability to thrive in a collaborative environment.Language: Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred.Why Join Us?If you are committed to delivering high-quality patient care and excel in a dynamic, team-oriented setting, we'd love to hear from you!
