All projects are within the DC-NoVA-MD region, with major growth underway in ground-up construction.Job DescriptionThe Superintendent - Multifamily - NoVA will:Lead all on-site construction activities for ground-up multifamily projects (18-24 months in duration).Manage wood-frame construction from sitework through turnover, ensuring quality, safety, and schedule adherence.Coordinate with subcontractors, design teams, and internal stakeholders to maintain project momentum.Implement and enforce safety protocols; maintain OSHA-compliant jobsite documentation.Use Procore daily to manage RFIs, submittals, drawings, and field reporting.Partner with in-office PM teams, attending weekly coordination meetings and site visits.Maintain strong relationships with trade partners and represent the company professionally on-site.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
