Tooling Technician

We are hiring a Tooling Technician for our Ohio injection-molding operation. This is a hands-on, on-site role responsible for keeping our molds and tooling running at production quality.What you'll do:• Maintain, repair, and modify injection molds and related tooling• Troubleshoot tooling and mold issues on the production floor to minimize downtime• Disassemble, clean, inspect, and reassemble molds; replace worn or damaged components• Perform polishing, fitting, and minor welding/machining as needed• Document maintenance performed and track mold history• Work closely with the Tooling Manager and process technicians to support production goals• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized tool roomWhat we're looking for:• 2+ years of hands-on experience with injection mold maintenance and repair• Ability to read and interpret mold prints, drawings, and specifications• Familiarity with shop equipment — grinders, mills, lathes, welders, polishing tools• Strong troubleshooting skills and mechanical aptitude• Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work on-site full time• High school diploma or equivalent; trade/technical training a plusLocation: Toledo, OHEmployment type: Full-time, on-siteApply with your resume and we'll be in touch.
