About EupryEupry is a Danish scaleup serving 1,000+ customers with wireless temperature compliance solutions — monitoring, validation, and calibration — across pharmaceutical, biotech, and cold-chain logistics. We make it possible to deliver life-saving medicine stored at -80°C to the people who can't live without it.Our US office is founder-led from Raleigh, NC, and growing 300%+ year-over-year. We're not a startup hoping things work out. We're a scaleup that's proven the model and is now scaling it hard. The RoleI'm the founder, and I'm looking for my right hand.Right now I'm the hiring manager, the strategy lead, half the ops team, and running the global commercial function. That's not sustainable, and I know it. I need someone sharp, resourceful, and ready to work on whatever matters most — right next to me.This is not a normal job. You'll work on whatever is highest-impact that week: commercial strategy, hiring, operations, partnerships, or fixing things nobody else has time to fix. Some days you'll help close a deal. Other days you'll build the process that makes the next 50 deals possible. It's fast. It's messy. And the learning curve is vertical. What You'll DoWork directly with the founder across commercial strategy, operations, and growthOwn projects end-to-end: scoping, execution, and follow-throughSupport hiring and onboarding for a team that's adding ~10 people in the next 4 monthsBuild and improve internal processes, playbooks, and reportingCoordinate across our US office and Copenhagen HQJump into customer-facing work when needed — calls, proposals, and follow-upsAnalyze data, prepare materials for investors and advisors, and support decision-makingTravel to Copenhagen, Denmark and across the US as neededWho You AreYou've either helped scale a company from the inside — wearing multiple hats, building processes that didn't exist yet, and thriving in chaos — or you've done it from the outside as a management consultant advising high-growth or PE-backed companies on operations and strategy. Either way, you know what good looks like and you're ready to get your hands dirty building it.1–4 years of experience in a scaleup/startup environment, management consulting (MBB, Big Four, or boutique strategy firm), or PE/VC portfolio operationsSharp, structured thinker who can switch between strategy and execution in the same afternoonComfortable in ambiguity — we're a scaleup, not a corporationStrong communicator who can talk to customers, investors, advisors, and engineersSelf-starter who takes ownership without being asked and follows through without being remindedBased in the US or willing to relocate to Raleigh, NCNice to HaveFamiliarity with HubSpot, revenue operations, or SaaS metricsBackground in engineering, life sciences, or supply chainExperience working across international teams or marketsInterest in healthcare, pharma, or cold-chain logisticsWhat We OfferA front-row seat building a global compliance platformDirect access to the founder — no layers, no politicsA real career path as we scale (this role is a launchpad, not a ceiling)International exposure from day one — regular travel to Copenhagen, DenmarkCompetitive salary and benefits including health and dental insurance20 days paid vacation + 5 sick days (expandable based on experience)Eligibility for performance-based bonus structureWhy This RoleThis role exists because Eupry is growing faster than one person can manage.
