Salesforce Business Analyst in MI (LOCALS ONLY)

Job Title: Business Analyst Location: Lansing, MI Duration: Long Term Contract Skills Required: 5-8 years of Business Analyst Experience Experience working with the Salesforce Platform and its applications. Experience designing technical and business requirement documents. Experience as a liaison between business and technical groups. Extensive experience using Azure DevOps, FIGMA and VISIO, MS office products. Good requirement elicitation skills, analytical skills, and ability to understand the bigger picture. Ability to prepare technical user manuals, system configuration documents and other technical reports. Multitask as tester if needed. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Strong presentation skills. Ability to write basic SQL queries. Experience in Agile methodology. Knowledge of IBM Middleware solutions is a plus. Experience in training junior BA is a plus.
