Senior Internal Analyst - Remote

This is a remote position.ABOUT THE ROLEThe Senior Internal Analyst will lead reporting and analytics initiatives across the organization, providing actionable insights that support business decision-making. This role requires strong analytical capabilities, stakeholder engagement skills, and the ability to translate complex data into meaningful business recommendations.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES• Develop and maintain reporting and analytics solutions across multiple business functions.• Analyze operational and business data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.• Partner with key stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and deliver actionable insights.• Create dashboards, reports, and visualizations to support decision-making.• Present findings and recommendations to management and business leaders.• Support continuous improvement initiatives through data-driven analysis.EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Finance, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.• Experience using Power BI, Tableau, Snowflake, SQL, SPSS, STATA, Excel, R, or similar analytics tools.• Strong data analysis and statistical analysis capabilities.• Experience working with large datasets and developing business reports and dashboards.• Project management experience is preferred. RequirementsSKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS• 4+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, reporting, or related functions. • Strong proficiency in SQL, Power BI, Tableau, and Snowflake. • Experience with statistical analysis tools such as SPSS and STATA. • Strong data analysis, visualization, and reporting skills. • Experience working with large datasets and building dashboards. • Ability to translate business requirements into actionable insights. • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
