Job Title: Entry-Level Prototype Press Operator (second shift)Job SummaryWe are looking for an Entry-Level Prototype Press Operator to join our team. This is a great opportunity to start a career in manufacturing and learn how to operate press machines that form and shape metal parts. No prior experience is required - full training will be provided. You will work with experienced team members to help build prototype parts safely and accurately.What You Will DoHelp run press machines to form metal parts (training provided)Load and unload metal sheets or parts into the pressAssist with simple press setups and basic tooling changesMeasure and check parts for quality using simple tools like tape measures or calipersKeep your work area clean and safeFollow instructions from supervisors and engineersReport any issues with parts or equipmentWhat We Are Looking ForHigh school diploma or GEDInterest in learning hands-on manufacturing or machine operationWillingness to learn and follow instructions carefullyAbility to read a tape measure and do basic mathReliable, punctual, and team-orientedAbility to stand for long periods and lift up to 50lbsNice to Have (Not Required)Any experience in manufacturing, fabrication, or a shop environmentTrade school or technical class experienceFamiliarity with hand tools or power toolsWork EnvironmentPrototype manufacturing shopExposure to noise, moving machines, and metal materialsSafety equipment (PPE) required: safety glassesTraining & Growth
