Retail Department Lead Full-TimeE&H Ace Hardware is hiring a dedicated and customer-focused Department Lead to help drive sales, maintain department organization, and support day-to-day operations on the sales floor. This role is ideal for a team player who is ready to take the lead in a specific product category and ensure customers receive an outstanding experience every time they shop. As a Department Lead, you'll support the store management team by owning the performance, presentation, and inventory of your assigned department(s) - while representing the helpful service that sets Ace apart.
