RF Spatial Engineer

Join an innovative engineering team developing advanced RF and microwave subsystems for aerospace, defense, and satellite communications. You'll design, simulate, test, and validate mission-critical RF hardware while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-performance, production-ready solutions. Key Responsibilities Design and develop RF/microwave circuits and spatial power-combining architectures. Perform RF simulations using ADS, AWR, HFSS, CST, or similar tools. Design and validate power amplifiers, filters, mixers, converters, synthesizers, and T/R modules. Configure and operate RF test equipment including VNAs, spectrum analyzers, oscilloscopes, signal generators, and power meters. Develop test plans, troubleshoot hardware, and support prototype builds and production. Collaborate with mechanical, manufacturing, thermal, and quality engineering teams. Prepare technical documentation, design reports, and failure analyses. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related engineering field. 3+ years of hands-on RF/microwave hardware design and testing experience. Strong experience with RF simulation tools (ADS, AWR, HFSS, CST, etc.). Experience using RF test equipment for validation and troubleshooting. Aerospace, defense, radar, or Electronic Warfare (EW) experience is a plus. Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
