Association Executive (AE)- Martinsville, VA The Martinsville, Henry, Patrick Counties Association of REALTORS® (MHPCAR) seeks a motivated and dependable individual with a high standard of ethics and professionalism for the position of Association Executive Officer (AE) and Multiple Listing Administrator (MLS).The Association office is located in Martinsville, Virginia, and serves 100+ members.Qualified candidates will have the following:¶ Knowledge of business organizational administration, operations,financial management, supportstrategic initiatives, member relations, and growth. ¶ Strong communication andpublic speaking skills, with theability to leverage relationships to increase MHPCAR’s visibility in thecommunity.¶ Excellent collaborative and solid decision-making skills that willinspire members to embrace MHPCAR’s vision and strategic goals.¶ Adaptability to changing trends and communicating those to members is essential to stay on top of the business. ¶ Some college or the equivalent of experience preferred.
