Vice President of Finance and Administration

Bryn Mawr College is seeking a mission-driven, strategic financial and operational leader to serve as the next Vice President for Finance and Administration (VPFA). At a moment of institutional momentum and transition, the VPFA will be a critical member of the senior leadership team and a key partner and trusted advisor to President Wendy Cadge and to the Board of Trustees. The VPFA will function as Bryn Mawr’s chief financial allocator, bringing discipline, transparency, and long‑term modeling to support the student experience and academic innovation including a new teaching load model and sustainable enrollment economics. The successful candidate will play a central role in aligning financial strategy, operational excellence, and values‑driven decision‑making, while serving as a highly visible and credible leader across a deeply relational campus community.The VPFA will partner closely with and support the Board of Trustees and several key committees, including finance, audit, and building and grounds. Direct reports to the VPFA include the Controller, the Vice President for Human Resources, the Budget Manager, Associate Vice President for Facilities Management, Executive Director of Campus Safety, and the Director of Administrative Services (which includes conferences and events, dining services, environmental health and safety, transportation, the bookshop, day care, and the post office). #J-18808-Ljbffr
