You will have the opportunity to develop teams, improve processes, and influence the future of care delivery.What You Will Do As a Clinical DirectorLead and oversee daily nursing operations, ensuring high-quality, compliant, and compassionate careSupervise, mentor, and develop nursing staff, including RNs, LPNs, and Hospice AidesCoordinate staffing and patient assignments to ensure continuity and appropriate levels of carePartner with the Interdisciplinary Team to support patient-centered care planning and outcomesConduct team meetings, one-on-ones, and performance evaluations to support growth and accountabilityEnsure compliance with Medicare Conditions of Participation and all state and federal regulationsMonitor documentation, billing-related records, and clinical practices for accuracy and efficiencyCollaborate with executive and regional leadership to achieve departmental and organizational goalsDrive quality improvement initiatives and foster a culture of excellence, teamwork, and accountabilitySupport hiring, onboarding, and ongoing education of nursing staff in partnership with HR and Education teamsWhat We Are Looking ForBachelor’s degree in Nursing or related field requiredActive, unencumbered Virginia RN license (or compact license with VA conversion within 90 days)Minimum of 5 years of nursing experience, including:At least 2 years in hospice careAt least 2 years in a nursing leadership or management roleCHPN certification (or willingness to obtain within 2 years)Strong knowledge of hospice regulations, healthcare operations, and clinical best practicesProven leadership skills with the ability to coach, develop, and inspire teamsExcellent communication, critical thinking, and decision-making abilitiesExperience with EMR systems and comfort with technologyReliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and current insuranceSchedule & BenefitsSchedule: Full-time, primarily Monday–Friday business hours with leadership responsibilities as neededBenefits: 21 days of PTO in your first year, $.65 per mile mileage reimbursement, company-paid life insurance and long-term disability, medical coverage through an ICHRA model with multiple plan options, and a 401(k) with company match (100% match on the first 3%, 50% match on the next 1%)Find your purpose hereIf you are a compassionate leader who is driven to support both patients and the clinicians who care for them, we would love to hear from you.
