Title: National Client Benefit & Logistics Agent. We exclusively provide capital solutions directly to end consumers.Our firm operates with a modern, luxury-oriented approach, leveraging expertise, transparency, and technology to consistently outperform competitors and earn our clients’ trust. Diamond Banc currently operates 15 locations nationwide, with numerous additional offices planned as we expand toward 30 locations over the coming years.We are laser-focused on becoming the most profitable jewelry buyer and lender in the nation.This position will operate from one of our two headquarters offices in Sarasota, providing the opportunity to work directly with our executive team and creating significant advancement opportunities within the company. This role will support senior Market Directors in key markets through client outreach, lead follow-up, and administrative support.Position objective: Enable more deals to be closed company-wide than otherwise possible without your involvement. Provide logistical and transnational support to all deal-generating team members in an all-encompassing capacity. Represent the client, find workable solutions for them, and Diamond Banc. Hours: 8 am-5 pm Monday-Friday. Working days are subject to modification, to include two weekend days per month in exchange for a day off during the week.Compensation: Salary will be X: There will be bonus opportunities tied to client outreach, closed transactions volume, and efficiency metrics that will equal 10-12% of annual salary. Salary is based on an individual’s skill set, experience, and job history.Simple IRA retirement plan with an annual employer match, with eligibility starting in your 13th month of employment. The percentage of employer matches varies from year to year, but is generally 3%. Health Insurance: We will split the health insurance coverage of the employee 50/50. Currently, approximately $200 per party per month. Key ResponsibilitiesManage company-wide appointment scheduling, attendance, and follow-up. Manage all inbound and outbound client communication via phone, text, email, Podium, and Salesforce CRM across all office locations.Create customer accounts and prepare customer documentation. Manage referral & review programs company-wide. Increase speed from client inquiry to booked and completed office appointments through proactive follow-up and automation deployment.Book, confirm, reschedule, and coordinate appointments while deploying digital assets, offers, and client outreach campaigns.Maintain continual follow-up on all active buy and loan transactions to maximize closing ratios and complete pending deals.Make digital offers, support negotiations, remove transaction barriers, and help drive deals to successful completion.Collaborate with Market Directors and home office teams regarding closing, evaluation, funding, and inventory flow.Process transactions, loan redemptions, underwriting, and POS documentation while supporting office operations and compliance.Handle inventory processing, evaluation, and shipping logistics. Spearhead promotional outreach and promotional logistics with the marketing dept. Get clients who have labels but never shipped to a close. Overcome fear, etc.Offer Sellers Agent Options for those who want the maximum return on the fence.Execute a variety of administrative duties in line with scaling the brand and the position. To include, but not limited to, adding and modifying policies in Trainual, developing and keeping spreadsheets, taking and distributing meeting notes.
