Compensation $18-$22 per hour, based on experience Opportunities for wage increases as skills and experience grow Overtime opportunities available What You'll Do Assist licensed electricians with residential electrical installations, repairs, and service work Learn to diagnose and troubleshoot electrical systems and components Help install wiring, outlets, switches, lighting fixtures, and electrical panels Maintain tools, equipment, and job site cleanliness Follow all safety procedures and company standards Communicate effectively with team members, homeowners, and management Participate in on-the-job training and apprenticeship development programs What You Bring High school diploma or GED preferred 3 years or more of apprentice experience Previous construction, electrical, or trade experience is a plus but not required Strong desire to learn and build a career in the electrical industry Positive attitude, reliability, and strong work ethic Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team Basic computer and smartphone skills Physical Capabilities Lift and carry up to 50 lbs Work in attics, crawl spaces, basements, and other confined areas Stand, kneel, bend, and climb ladders for extended periods Work safely in various outdoor weather conditions Use hand and power tools requiring manual dexterity Why Apprentices Choose B&B We offer one of the strongest benefits packages in the industry.
