Licensed Social Worker Location: Prescott, AZ Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $1,977 per week Shift Information: Days - 4 days x 10 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 4/6/2026 About the Position Job Title: Social Worker Profession: Social Worker Specialty: Social Work Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 8, 10-hour Days Hours per Shift: Typically 0800-1630 Experience: Minimum 1 year of hospital setting experience License: LMSW or LCSW; minimum IMSW required Certifications: BLS is not required Must-Have: Must have one full year of hospital setting experience. Description: Profile Review and Manager Interview required. Candidates may not be full time, part time, or PRN with any facility associated with this healthcare system within the past year. Complete social worker assessments and mental health assessments. Assist with Title 36 petitions as needed. Plan and manage discharge planning as necessary. Address homelessness and substance abuse issues. Provide consultations for social determinants of health. Conduct maternal child assessments. Report to DCS and APS as required. Work covers inpatient, emergency department, family birthing center, and ICU settings. Charting system used is Cerner. Weekends would be required maybe every 3-4 weeks if at all. No holiday requirement exists. Dress code is business casual. Department-specific onboarding training will be provided.
