Job descriptionJob Requirements:* Must be available 11am-11pm* Flexible schedule up to 40 hours* Must be able to work a flexible schedule including opening, closing, weekends, holidays.* Adhere to Chick-Fil-A and NC DHEC Food Safety standards* Exhibit exceptional customer service/hospitalitycharacteristics* Be servant-hearted and humble, must be coachable and wiling to learn* Lead and assist in operations in such a way to effectively meet established labor cost, food cost and customer service metric goals* Team Oriented* Must have a growth mindset, and a desire to innovate* Can understand job roles, and is proficient in follow through* Previous leadership experience is required.
