Digital Transformation Coach (Chicago)

Transformation CoachLocation: Chicago, ILType: 6+ month contract with potential extensionNote: This position is preferred in Chicago, but they are open to remote as long as they are willing to travel 1 week out of 4. The length of time for this position is potentially 1-2 years starting at 6 months with extensions.Responsibilities: This role will enable leaders, strengthen collaboration, and build capability to enhance speed and impact enterprise-wide. The ideal candidate will have experience with Gen AI enablement and emerging tools is highly valued as our client advances digital and operational agility across hotels and supporting functions.
