We're excited to invite an additiona BE/BC Pediatrician to join our experienced team in Gallipolis, Ohio.This is an outstanding opportunity to step into a thriving practice within a collaborative, multi-specialty environment, all while enjoying the balance and lifestyle of a welcoming Midwest community.Practice HighlightsStrong Mentorship & Collaboration: Work alongside a highly experienced, collegial team of 8 physicians and 6 nurse practitioners at our main campus, plus 2 physicians and 2 nurse practitioners at our Athens clinic, fostering an environment of shared learning and support. Variety & Community Impact: Enjoy a rotating schedule through our regional clinics in Gallipolis, Jackson, Meigs, and Point Pleasant, offering diverse clinical experiences while serving patients across multiple communities. Oversee and mentor a team of experienced nurse practitioners, helping shape the next generation of providers. Manageable Workload and Growth Potential: Patient volume averages 34 per day, with a ramp-up period to ensure a smooth transition into full capacity. Provide occasional Pediatric Urgent Care coverage, with compensatory time provided for work-life balance.
