We offer you the opportunity to grow in an environment where you will feel valued, have room for advancement, and be rewarded for your good work.We are currently looking for a Make Ready Maintenance Supervisor to join our on-site operations team to help support a positive experience for our residents.CLICK HERE to see a day in the life of our Make Ready team at Edward Rose & Sons!What are the responsibilities of a Make Ready Maintenance Supervisor?Responsible for supervising the restoration process of each apartment restoration projectScheduling employees and contractors to restore each apartment home to a market ready statusTrain and supervise turnover maintenance staff and provide them with the support they needModifying the move-in maintenance checklist to meet the specific requirements of the community and communicate the goals to the turnover teamUpdating the termination inventory and the termination leak log; listing all repairs to be made and noting if repairs will be charged to the previous residentCompleting inspections and estimating turnover time using the termination inventory and time schedule; listing supplies needed to complete the repairsGrading employees on the quality of the turnover and on the time it took to turn the apartmentCertifying the apartment once all repairs are complete to make sure it is in a ready-to-show statusMonitoring inventory of the most commonly used parts to ensure an adequate stockAssisting with snow/ice removal, as requiredAdditional duties as requested by managementWhat are the role requirements?Previous experience in a supervisory role is requiredAbility to complete full vacant turn processEPA Certification is strongly preferredExperience with water softener repair is preferredKnowledge of swimming pool maintenance is preferredExperience with drywall, painting, caulking, and grouting requiredExperience with windows, appliances, faucets, garbage disposals, and door lock repairs and replacements, as well as carpentry and ceramic tile installationBasic electrical and plumbing experience requiredMaintain a professional appearance following team dress code policyAble to effectively and professionally communicate with residents and co-workersBasic computer skills and comfort learning software, apps, and programsHave reliable transportation and valid driver’s licenseWhat's in it for you?Comprehensive benefits package, including 401(k) with company matchOn the job training and developmentGenerous paid time off programsCompetitive compensation plan with bonus opportunitiesGreat work environmentOpportunities for advancementDiscounted apartment homeCompensation: Starting at $24.57 per hour or higher, based on experienceGrow a Career with Edward Rose & Sons!Edward Rose & Sons is committed to career development for our team.
