Job Description Location: Port St. Lucie, FL (local travel required)Employment Type: Independent ContractorSchedule: Part-Time (15–20 hours/week to start)Pay Range: $100–$150 per propertyWork Type: Field-based (not remote)Requirements: Reliable vehicle required About the RoleWe are hiring an experienced Real Estate Photographer / Videographer to support a fast-growing media company in the Port St. Lucie area. This is a client-facing, field-based role where you'll travel locally to capture high-quality listing media for residential properties. This role is best suited for candidates who already have real estate photography experience and understand composition, lighting, and shooting interiors. If you're confident shooting homes, enjoy working independently, and want consistent freelance work, this is a strong opportunity to grow with an expanding company. What You'll DoTravel to residential properties for scheduled shootsCapture high-quality interior and exterior real estate photographyFilm property walkthroughs and lifestyle video content (as needed)Deliver a professional, polished client experience on-siteUpload media files after each shoot (no editing required)Expand into additional services like drone and video productionTypical workload: 2–4 properties per day Schedule & Availability15–20 hours per week to startMust be available at least 3 weekdays (Monday–Friday)Most shoots scheduled between 9:00 AM – 5:00 PMOpportunity for increased hours as volume grows CompensationThis is a per-project 1099 contractor role.Photos Only: $100 per propertyPhotos + Aerials: $125 per propertyFull Package (Photos + Aerials + Zillow Tour): $150 per propertyHigher earnings available as you take on more services and volume.
