Property Maintenance Technician

Our client in Boone is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician to join their team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be part of the Property Management Team. The ideal candidate will be reliable, self-motivated and able to problem solve which will align successfully in the organization.   Job Title: Maintenance Technician Location: We have positions in Boone! Pay Range: $17/hour + with experience   What’s the Job? Working knowledge of HVAC Knowledge of Plumbing, electrical, technology set up Use of Power Tools Conduct virtual guest maintenance requests, and meet and greet Be able to service Hot Tubs   What’s Needed? Must be able to multitask Must have valid driver's license with clean driving record 3-5 years of related experience Must be a steady, reliable worker and self-motivated Must be able to communicate both verbally and written with all levels of employees and guests.    What’s in it for me?
