Job Title: Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O Functional Solution ArchitectLocation: RemoteWe are seeking an experienced D365 Finance & Operations Functional Solution Architect to lead requirements gathering, functional solution design, hands-on configuration, prototyping, and implementation delivery.Key Responsibilities:Lead customer workshops, requirements gathering, and fit-gap analysis.Design scalable functional solutions using Dynamics 365 F&O.Perform hands-on configuration and develop working prototypes.Create functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.Collaborate with technical teams throughout Agile delivery.Support SIT, UAT, data migration, deployment, and go-live.Required Qualifications:10+ years of ERP functional consulting experience, including 5+ years with D365 F&O or Dynamics AX.Experience as a Functional Solution Architect, Functional Lead, or Senior Functional Consultant.At least 2 full-cycle ERP implementations.Strong hands-on configuration, solution design, and prototyping skills.Excellent customer-facing communication and workshop facilitation skills.Preferred:D365 Finance or Supply Chain Management (SCM) experience.Healthcare, public-sector, or regulated industry experience.Experience with Power Platform, Azure DevOps, and Agile delivery.
