In addition we couple our highly innovative and differentiated products with a culture of service and quality, giving our customer the competitive advantage to succeed in their business.CategoryWarehouse OperationsDescriptionOverall Purpose: The Shipping Clerk is responsible for maintaining shipping material inventory and verifying the accuracy and completeness of all paperwork prior to shipping.Essential Duties & Responsibilities:Package and process orders using UPS, FED-EX, DHL and BAX online shippingAccurately handle A.O.G. and expedited orders in a timely mannerInteract with various departments, such as Customer Service, Quality Control, Production Control and Manufacturing, on a regular basisAccurately handle a high volume of orders being shipped domesticallyTrain on how to perform international shipmentsCarry out simple instructionsTroubleshoot and/or multi-task to complete the job in a timely mannerAdhere to 5S StandardsAdhere to all company policies and procedures, including, but not limited to, policies for attendance and punctuality and standards for safetyOther Duties:Other duties based on the needs of the Shipping DepartmentThe preceding functions have been provided as examples of the type of work performed by employees assigned to this job classification.
