Job Description PROMAN Staffing is Now Hiring a Sales Support & Order Processing Coordinator We have partnered with a leading manufacturer of outdoor and water‐sports products to hire an experienced Sales Support & Order Processing Coordinator. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys a mix of customer interaction, administrative support, and behind‐the‐scenes coordination that keeps sales operations running smoothly.Weekly Pay!Sales Support & Order Processing Coordinator Responsibilities:Process sales orders accurately and coordinate deliveries to ensure timely fulfillmentCommunicate with sales representatives and customers to support smooth transactionsRespond to order inquiries, product questions, and customer needs with professionalismAssist sales, operations, and accounting teams with portal entry, label printing, and light QuickBooks tasksMaintain accurate item setup in internal and external product portalsSupport accounting with billing reconciliation and related administrative dutiesEnsure all documentation is accurate, organized, and aligned with internal standardsSales Support & Order Processing Coordinator Qualifications:2+ years of experience in sales administration, customer service, or related support rolesProficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and QuickBooksStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasksExcellent written and verbal communication skillsHigh attention to detail and strong problem‐solving abilitiesSchedule & Pay:Pay Rate: $18–$22/hr (based on experience)Hours: Monday–Friday, 30–35 hours weeklyShift: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM or earlierThis position reports directly to the company’s President and offers a collaborative, employee‐focused environment.Why PROMAN Staffing?Friendly, knowledgeable staffWeekly payDirect depositReferral bonusesInsurance and 401(k) programs
