If you enjoy an energetic, team-oriented environment and would like the chance to be a part of a fast-paced, top performing transportation company, we want to hear from you.Job Responsibilities:Locate and notify customers with delinquent accounts via phone/email/mailMaintaining and notating all necessary information regarding customer and account statusAddressing billing inquiriesBuilding and maintaining a positive relationship with customersWorking effectively with other team membersCommunicating with sales team members as needed regarding account statusProviding overall collections support as necessaryThe Ideal Candidate Will Possess The Following:Superior communication skills including: listening, speaking, reading and writingStrong attention to detail and sense of urgencyAbility to maintain professional demeanor at all timesExperience with Microsoft Office; MS Word, MS Excel, MS OutlookStrong attention to detail and ability to follow up consistentlyAffinity for detailed note taking and investigation/researchPositive outlook/team playerCall center/customer service/collections experience is preferred, but not requiredAssociates Degree in a Business or Accounting related field is preferred but not requiredCurrent students that are able to work full time are encouraged to apply!
