Overview In this role you will oversee cross-functional initiatives that boost operational efficiency and scalability as Xometry grows in advanced manufacturing. You’ll partner with product, engineering, supply chain, and customer success to implement improvements and track impact. You’ll manage plans, budgets, and risks while driving continuous improvement through data-driven decisions and lean practices. This is a fast-paced, collaborative role with a clear emphasis on measurable outcomes and cross-team alignment.
