If you are passionate about personal finance, eager to learn from established advisors, and ready to build a meaningful career in wealth management, we want to hear from you.The Role & What You’ll DoAs a Junior Financial Advisor, you will work directly alongside senior advisors to support our existing client base while learning the intricacies of comprehensive financial planning and firm operations. This is a career-track role designed to transition you into a lead advisory position over time.Client Support & Preparation: Partner with senior advisors to prepare financial plans, client review presentations, and onboarding materials.Financial Plan Development: Utilize financial planning software to build comprehensive, data-driven retirement, tax, insurance, and estate plans.Client Communication: Participate in client meetings, document action items, and proactively handle follow-up communications to ensure an exceptional client experience.Operational Support: Coordinate with our administrative team to facilitate account openings, asset transfers, and ongoing account maintenance.Professional Growth: Actively study for and maintain necessary industry licenses and designations (e.g., CFP® certification).What We’re Looking ForEducation & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Financial Planning, Business, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience within the financial services industry is preferred, but motivated entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.Licensing: Series 7 and 66 (or 63/65) and/or State Life & Health insurance licenses are a plus.
