General PurposeTo perform professional medical activities as a primary care physician with OB experience in providing acute, chronic and preventative medical care. This is a full-time position requiring 40 hours a week on a 4/10 schedule rotation.Job Qualifications:1.Graduation from an approved medical school.2.Satisfactory completion of a post-graduate training program and is Board-Eligible or Board-Certified by the American Board of Physicians and specified Specialty.3.Licensed to practice medicine in the State of Colorado.4.BLS Certification required.5.Internal Med or Peds experience considered.Salary: $205,000 to $245,000 annually; DOQSign on Bonus: Up to $10,000Benefits: Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance, 403B retirement plan with 3% matching after 1 year of employment, 7 Paid Holidays, 124 PTO hours within the first year, Access to Employee Assistance Program, Worksite Wellness
