As an CHI inspector, you will have a major impact in the home-buying decisions of our clients.What you will do:Build positive relationships with home buyers, homeowners, real estate agents, and your team membersConduct thorough inspections on residential properties representing Charleston Home Inspections (CHI) as a W2 employeeConduct thorough inspections on residential propertiesComplete high-quality digital reportsContinually learn and train to increase your inspection knowledge and customer service skillsLearn about additional services, including pool inspections, radon testing, mold testing, light commercial inspections, stucco inspections, pre-drywall inspections, and moreWhat you will get:Competitive pay, including training payBenefits including insurances, 401K, paid time off, and paid holidaysFully remote work.
