Must-Have SkillsActive Georgia RN License (or Compact License)BLS Certification (Required)ACLS & PALS Certifications (Required or within 90 days of hire)TNCC preferredMinimum 1–2 years of Emergency Department or Critical Care experience preferredStrong triage, assessment, and critical thinking skillsAbility to multitask and perform effectively in high-stress situations?? Key ResponsibilitiesPerform rapid triage and prioritize patient care based on acuityProvide direct nursing care for emergency and trauma patientsAdminister medications, IV therapy, and emergency interventionsAssist with procedures including intubation, central lines, and trauma stabilizationMonitor and document patient status accurately and timelyCollaborate with physicians, EMS, and interdisciplinary teamsEducate patients and families on treatment plans and discharge instructionsMaintain compliance with safety and infection control protocols??
